Available in both black and white, the WazAir Kimomo provides a noticeable weight-saving benefit, coming in 1lb lighter than our standard light models*.

Featuring subtle, tonal design cues, the Wazair Kimono offers a clean, unfussy aesthetic across the kimono’s silhouette.

Designed for athletes who hate heavy gear, the WazAir Kimono delivers an ultra light BJJ gi that stays comfortable when training heats up. The jacket is made with our signature diamond ripstop weave, a tough yet airy material that helps reduce bulk, improves airflow, and dries faster than heavier fabrics, making it a smart choice for summer sessions and a reliable travel gi.

In hand and on the scale, the difference is real. Compared with typical lightweight competitors, this kimono can save about 1 lb. As a reference point, an A2 set weighed 3.1 lbs including all packaging, while a comparable competitor came in at 4.2 lbs. Keep in mind that total weight changes by size.

Choose your look in classic black or crisp white. The design stays intentionally minimal, with subtle tonal detailing that keeps branding low key and easy to pair with any team kit. For movement and comfort, the gi pants are cut approximately 5 cm wider than our standard models, giving you extra room for guard work, scrambles, and long rounds. Even with the lighter build, the ripstop structure is made to handle daily drilling, strong grips, and frequent washing.
